The CultiDISC | CORSA is a compact disc harrow with 22” (optional 24") discs designed for crops that require false seedbed creation, leveling of plowed land, incorporation of an intermediate crop, or crust breaking. In a single pass, we achieve continuous incorporation from 3 to 17cm, improving crop establishment, controlling weed growth, or preventing pests. The disc diameter is suitable for increasing incorporation effect with lower power requirements.

Designed for efficiency: unmatched advantages

Designed with individual floating discs mounted on elastomers, it enhances penetration capacity. Additionally, each disc adapts individually to the terrain, providing an advantage over double disc systems. Its suspended or trailed configuration benefits from an optimal weight distribution, offering an advantage at high speed and for shallower work. The design of the CultiDISC | CORSA nullifies lateral forces, allowing the cultivator to work straight behind the tractor, providing an advantage when working with 100% of the land in GPS-guided systems.

The non-stop system on elastomers ensures smoothness, while hydraulic depth control provides advantages and convenience throughout each campaign.

Increases leveling capacity in secondary tillage. Flat blades on individual springs in aggressive or gentle position. Maintenance-free with hydraulic adjustment.

Increases cutting power thanks to high rotation speed, providing additional crosswise cutting. Maintenance-free and with hydraulic adjustment.

A very resistant frame

Designed to be highly durable, ensuring a long lifespan of the equipment even under continuous work. Few greasing points reduce maintenance. Drawbars and braces are designed without welds to prevent stress from leading to breakages.

Intermediate wheels

and central depth control

The intermediate position of the wheels ensures a balanced weight distribution, ensuring stability and preventing the equipment from pitching during operation. The independent movement of the wheels allows for easy handling in the field, enabling the equipment to be fully raised during maneuvers or to relieve weight on the roller. The hydraulic depth control greatly simplifies operation. Optionally, the road suspension system can be incorporated.
