MegaTILLER

DEPTH & DECOMPACTION

Beyond
the Chisel

We have listened to real field needs and learned from practical experience to develop a machine capable of deep decompaction and effective soil mixing with maximum efficiency. The MegaTILLER is designed to perform from day one and make the most of every pass.

Two ways to restore the soil’s natural structure

In conventional seeding when deep mixing is required and the field must be ready in one pass.

The MegaTILLER | MIX loosens and blends soil layers while ensuring smooth residue flow.

Where farmers’ feedback becomes engineering

We have designed a clean and highly robust frame, built on 15 years of experience with the SuperTILLER.

For the first time, a machine completely free of greasing points — including the tines, frame and roller bearings. A field-proven solution that removes one of the most unproductive maintenance tasks during the working season.

Integrating the depth control system directly into the roller supports results in a more compact, stronger and more precise design. A simple, dependable adjustment solution for farmers who value efficiency and ease of use.

When working at depth, obstacles are inevitable. Our hydropneumatic NON-STOP NSmart system allows each tine to react independently, safeguarding the machine and maintaining uninterrupted performance.

___

Deep work means real stress. Protection is essential.

When operating at maximum depth, obstacles and overloads are unavoidable. The MegaTILLER incorporates two independent protection systems to guarantee reliability and prevent structural damage.

ACTIVE NON-STOP NSmart System

Hydropneumatic protection with Vomer NSmart technology.

• Each tine works independently

• No load transfer to neighbouring tines

• Improved obstacle response

• Maintains a “hammer effect” for better penetration in hard soils

• Pressure adjustable directly from the tractor

• Can be deactivated to operate as a standard system

Mechanical Safety Bolt

If the active system is exceeded, a safety bolt acts as a fuse, protecting the machine from structural damage.

Two alternating sections equipped with high-strength spikes enhance soil fracturing and mixing, improving water infiltration. The geometry and configuration of the Spike roller ensure a complete and effective finish to the MegaTILLER’s operation.

Additional Roller Options

___

Large-diameter hollow bars add weight and enhance performance in deep tillage. The J630 roller delivers effective soil crumbling and mixing with a light compaction effect, making it the most versatile MegaTILLER configuration.

MegaTILLER 28

The combination of a smooth structure with a longitudinal cutting profile enhances soil breakdown and improves surface consolidation following deep decompaction. The T-Pack roller is especially suited to light or sandy soils, delivering greater surface firming to complete the MegaTILLER’s operation.

MegaTILLER 28

Two alternating disc sections deliver strong cutting performance in heavy residue conditions. The XDisc 2 roller, offering minimal compaction, is ideal when effective residue management is required without creating surface sealing.

___

Deep cultivation for a more productive and resilient soil

The evolution of agricultural machinery towards increasingly powerful and heavier equipment has increased soil compaction, especially in the lower layers. This compaction limits the natural movement of water and air, causing waterlogging issues even with moderate rainfall and restricting moisture and oxygen access to the roots.

MegaTILLER subsoilers have been developed to effectively break compacted layers and restore the soil’s vertical structure, all at lower cost than traditional ploughing operations.

Go deeper without compromise

MegaTILLER, working at significant depth, improves rainwater infiltration, reduces waterlogging and facilitates the upward movement of water from deeper layers towards the root zone. At the same time, it increases soil aeration, a key factor for biological activity and proper crop development.

Thanks to its two versions, SUB and MIX, MegaTILLER adapts to different agronomic strategies: controlled mixing up to the upper layer or deep loosening without disturbing the soil strata.

Go deeper. Work smarter. Do more with every pass.

The MegaTILLER is engineered to break compacted layers at depth while maintaining balanced power demand and fuel efficiency. Whether mixing or pure subsoiling, it improves water infiltration, enhances soil aeration and promotes stronger root development.

Fewer passes, lower operating costs and more productive fields — a smart solution for professional farmers focused on performance and efficiency.
