Our mounted tine cultivator designed to perform at the highest level in preparation work and surface work in all types of soils. The family models, configured in 4 rows, range from 3.00 to 6.00 meters of working width, incorporate our maintenance-free Non-Stop vertical spring system that guarantees the adjusted depth.
A spacious frame design, which can work with large amounts of crop residues and stubble. The narrow separation between the tines results in intensive mixing and an optimal work result for secondary works.

Shallow and Medium-depth cultivation
The MiniTILLER LT4 are high performance tiller cultivators suitable for crops that require the creation of a false seedbed, leveling of plowed ground, as well as the incorporation of an intermediate crop or bark breaking.
In a single pass we achieve a vertical work of incorporation and work practically continuous, up to 20cm. The intensive work of the tines improves the start of the crops, controlling the growth of weeds or the prevention of pests.

Designed with a spacious and very rigid frame, thought from the beginning to be as compact as possible but at the same time not compromise on work capacity.
The LT4 model with the tines arranged in 4 rows symmetrically, represents a step forward in the way of conceiving and building the frames. We can have a narrow separation between tines but not compromise work with residues or superficial stubble. The set is very light, which allows working with smaller tactors, and the Non-Stop spring tine ensures depth, with a lower power consumption than other models on the market.

The MiniTILLER LT4 are built with one of the most resistant arms in its class, which together with the spring pressure and the angle of penetration, allows us a work capacity that is difficult to match, with low power requirements. The Non-Stop system ensures depth without reducing power to the tractor. The first working part of the tine is very sensitive, which makes the terrain vibrate a lot and prepares de superficial bed of the terrain in a very effective manner. The secondary part of the tine acts firmly and allows working on the hardest areas.

Saving from the beginning
In second works and in preparation of seedbed, we need to leave the field in the best conditions, and if we can do it with a less pass better. This is where the MiniTILLER LT4 has its advantage. The tine distribution means that from a pass, we can work more ground than similar teams, which translates directly into savings. In addition, the spring system maintains depth and avoids unnecessary passes due to not doing the required work/depth.
Another important point in saving is maintenance, the MiniTILLER LT4 not only requires lower levels of power for the same work, but the level of maintenance of the equipment is very low, we can work campaign after campaign investing very little money in the equipment .
Strong Frame
Designed with a very robust and resistant frame, it ensures a long life of the equipment, even in continuous jobs when you have to work without rest. Few greasing points reduce maintenance.
The tower link part has been designed with articulated bars without welding, which ensures greater flexibility and the reduction of breakage, significantly extending the life of the equipment
¿Why to choose a LT4? (4 rows)
• Because the tines 160mm spacing avoids successive passes in preparation work, many times a single pass is sufficient, even with universal bars. Using Goose-foot type points, it ensures that the ground is completely past even when they wear out.
• Because 4 rows does not imply a longer cultivator at the back, we have designed a very compact but spacious frame.
• Because 4 rows allow a much more homogeneous and balanced distribution of the arms. The lateral forces are zero and we take more advantage of the power of the tractor for the same working width.
• Because even with the tines 160mm spacing, in 4 rows a gap per row of 64cm is guaranteed, a separation greater than any 2-row cultivator or semi-chisel and similar to 3-row cultivators. What does this mean? That there is never a problem with stubble or superficial residues.

2- Star Discs Levellers Bar*
System of leveling discs mounted on elastomers, which allow mixing, wrapping and equalizing the soil, leaving a more uniform surface, with the waste completely incorporated with the ground. Suitable for terrains with a large amount of crop residues and stubbles, due to the star shape of the disc, its angle of attack and vibration makes dragging are practically null.
RECONSOLIDATION
TILLER cultivators have been developed to do a preparation work, breaking, mixing and incorporating, together with a final reconsolidation. The design of the entire range has focused on offering the best conditions for reconsolidation and compaction. The best way to obtain these conditions is the use of rollers. In standard equipment all TILLER cultivators incorporate a Cage Roller, but to adapt to working conditions, you can choose from different types of rollers.
